The condo overlooks the Jackson Street Pier Park and has a nice view of Cedar Point and the lake. It is situated right in the heart of Downtown Sandusky, right next door to the Jet Express Ferry. There is also a restaurant on site and walking distance to many local restaurants, bars and shops. This apartment has a large living room with small outdoor balcony. The kitchen has a stove, microwave and dishwasher. There is also an island for extra seating. There is a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom features a large king bed with dresser, closet and TV. Pool and Hot Tub open Memorial Day - Labor Day Guests have full access to the large pool and hot tub on site. There is also a fitness room for exercising and multiple laundry rooms throughout the building. The building is secure and locked and parking lot is gated. Communal Picnic tables and gas grills are on site by the pool. It had obviously NOT been cleaned! There were zero kitchen towels or hot pads. A box of tissues would have been appreciated but none could be found. The very narrow balcony caused my husband and I to have to sit on opposite ends with only one of us able to see the bay. Interior lighting either inadequate or harshly bright. We were simply uaing this property to sleep. But we were happy with how clean it was. Also the communication from the propity manager made the process of getting into this private condo area super easy. Easy to follow steps, clear instructions and professional. Also listing of the proper is very accurate and a beautiful veiw of cedar park.
