"Nice staff. Great breakfast. Clean room!!!"

"Definitely overpriced for the condition of the rooms. Our room had marks and stains on the walls and floors. (Many of which I was able to clean with disinfectant wipes so basic hotel cleaning is lacking.) The bathroom has mildew in the shower and multiple cockroaches were found in the room during our stay. It smelled horrible but we coped with a strong candle and room spray. Breakfast staff was lacking as both coffee machines were down and she was unaware because she was in the back area on her phone. Positives- breakfast area was well stocked with grab and go items, which we appreciate when staying in Jacksonville for medical appointments. Staff was receptive and friendly."

"I only stayed for a quick overnight, but the staff was very friendly and kind, and my room was clean and comfortable. Some stuff in the building is a little old, but the maintenance team is clearly working hard to keep everything running well. It's not clearly marked, but there is parking behind the building, so you're not stuck if you don't see any available spots out front!"

The only disappointment was that the bridge closest to the hotel was closed for construction. Made it a bit harder to walk to the town center. Only a short Uber ride though. Would book this property again."
