"My door was stuck so you had to push hard. Ice area was not very pleasing. The poor girl at the desk was over whelmed a long line, while customers were complaining. She had no replacement so she could go home it seemed. I would book again if needed. While leaving early in the morning it was nice that you had security to talk to on the way out. I was going to leave my key at the desk but he said it was closed, a very nice security man."
