“This studio felt more like a gorgeous suite to me: it is beautifully furnished and decorated. Every need is being anticipated and covered. Love the kitchen! I slept so very well it is peaceful. The neighborhood is so very beautiful and 5 minutes away from the water and great views of the Eastern End. Rudy, the host, responds quickly, finds immediate solutions, and he is very kind and compassionate. I have difficulties navigating the staircases due to my aching hips and knees, but Rudy went……

“This was a spacious apartment where four of us including two college age friends and parents could spread out and enjoy both all Portland has to offer walking everywhere (10 minutes both to seaport and to local restaurants up the hill) and time in the house making breakfast and at night playing cards together. Key is the parking spot included in a lot that allowed for quick trips to the market but mostly we walked everywhere. Portland Museum of Art, local pubs and restaurants nearby.”

“It was so easy booking this apartment. They were so helpful and quick to answer my questions. They took great care of us during our stay & were so attentive! It was very warm in the apartment when we first arrived. I told them about it & maintenance immediately arrived with a small window unit for the bedroom. It cooled things down tremendously.The apartment was clean and the linens were laid out on the bed. Turn key as we walked inside.I am definitely going to rent from this company……

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Do be aware that there is no dedicated parking with this property, but there is a parking garage within a five minute walk that you can pay by the day or month- which may sound silly, but would be totally worth it if staying more than four days. We loved the apartment overall, and hope to stay again the next time we visit Portland.”

“What a cute place! The space is bright and there is plenty of natural lighting thanks to the sky lights. The whole space was immaculate, including the floors. After walking barefoot, my feet were still clean. It is located within walking distance to several cute shops and good restaurants. Whenever we wanted to go into Portland, it was a 5 minute Uber ride. I highly recommended this rental, and if I am ever back in the area, I would definitely stay here again. The host, Jennifer, was wonderful……
