“The location of this property was fantastic! We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the harbor. The property looked to be recently remodeled and was nice and clean. The other units in the property were quiet and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. We didn't need to communicate with the hosts during our stay, but the check-in information and the welcome binder was informational and detailed. I would fully recommend this property to anyone staying in the Portland area!”

“Unfortunately, the pictures look much better than the actual property. This could be a cute space but it is not at all kept up. All of the furniture is old, scratched and just thrown together. We felt like things were thrown together like a frat house. Paint was chipped and scratched all through the house, colors didn't match and there was thick dust on blinds and molding. Many of the blinds, shutters and lighting were partially broken. There was no effort to make it comfy or keep it……

“This unit was in the perfect location. Everything you could possibly need under a 10 min walk. I was impressed with how thoughtfully decorated it was. Felt like home. The host was amazing, unfortunately I overslept bc I was up late with a migraine the night before. The cleaner woke me I felt terrible. I hurried to get packed up and they were very understanding and patient with me. So grateful to have found her accomodations. I will definitely book with Jennifer when ever I can while I'm visiting……

“Entry to second floor access was pretty dirty. Apartment, though clean, smelled mildly of cheap cleaner or pesticide, not sure. Place pretty run down. Needs a redo with better appliances and fixtures for 250 a night.”

“Unit 4 was clean and comfortable. The check-in process was seamless and worked well for us, as we arrived late at night. The location on Munjoy Hill was very convenient and we were able to walk to many restaurants, walking paths, and other sights. Having designated off-street parking was a plus! Our hosts were friendly and we enjoyed our stay.”
