Very good overall apart from one day the room was not cleaned and never had fresh cups to make tea or a replenish of some new teabags to make a cup of tea the next morning. Apart from that very welcoming and a lovely stay.

Check-in very slow as only one person on reception. Arrived early before check in time so left bags with receptionist. Came back around 5pm to collect luggage and keys. Female receptionist just handed us the keys , said it was on the first floor and our room number was on the card! No explanation ...
