"We checked in , Bradley at reception was gracious, upgraded our room for us . He explained our VIP status, we had a $30 voucher for dinner at the restaurant The Blind Monkey. It was an excellent dining experience. Food & cocktails wonderful. Pool are inviting, great towels & lounges , with a bar area right of of the pool . AKA was a great stay "

"I looooved this place during the off season they are so unbelievably accommodating, so dont expect it during peak but they really helped me out when I stayed. Early check in late check out I had a late flight the next day. The whole staff is wonderful "

"Staff were excellent! Accommodations excellent ! Property itself was beautiful. So much to do with your family on the property. Valet, the service was awesome and quick. Beach was gorgeous and beach staff were excellent! Room itself, overall the cleanliness could have been better. There was a roach on our counter. There are residents in the building. The cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms didn’t smell. It was luxurious accommodation. Safety is excellent. You can’t move around the hotel without your wristband. I would give this hotel an 8/10. "
