"The worst part of all is that we rented the place for four people and there was only one bed, with no other furniture and not even enough space to put an air mattress on the floor. It is a very small space just for the bed and another tiny hallway-like area for the kitchen. The bathroom does not have a door, so there is no privacy.
My recommendation is to look for another place nearby, because the area is very nice. But not this one. I was at least expecting a refund, which clearly is not going to happen. We had to rent a hotel room for the other two people.
This has been the only bad experience I have had with Expedia. I would recommend that you take action regarding this matter.
On top of that, it was a nightmare to receive the check-in instructions. I started messaging four hours before and only received a response five minutes before check-in, with the stress of arriving there and not finding anyone to help me because it is a virtual reception.
A total disaster!"
