⭐⭐ 2/5 Stars — Completely Unacceptable Experience, Overpriced, Poorly Maintained, and Absolutely Not Worth the Money
We chose Tideline Palm Beach Resort to celebrate a special occasion, expecting a relaxing, enjoyable experience at a beachfront resort. Unfortunately, our stay was anything but that. For the price we paid, the number of issues we encountered was completely unacceptable.
First, upon arrival, we discovered that valet parking was mandatory at $35 per day, regardless of whether we wanted to use the service. This was an unexpected additional expense, and guests should have the option to park their own vehicles rather than being forced to pay for valet parking.
Once we got to our room, things only got worse. The bathroom door actually fell off its hinges! This was an extremely heavy door that could have caused a serious injury had someone been standing in the wrong place. This is not simply an inconvenience; it is a significant safety concern that should never occur in a hotel room, especially at a property charging resort-level prices.
The room itself was also disappointing. There were very few accessible electrical outlets, making it unnecessarily difficult to charge our phones or get any work done. The lighting was absolutely terrible. The room was so dark that we could barely see, and the lights on our outdoor patio did not work at all.
