"This property looked good on paper, but it was actually better in person. The staff was super helpful and friendly, the hotel was beautiful and modern and the food was amazing!! Especially the Asian and French restaurants.
The bar right below the lobby of the hotel was our favorite because of the great service and friendliness of the staff. The service was sooo good that I need to give them a big shout out: Huge thanks to Narciso Juliany, Elisandra, Anabel, Dahainy, Gregory and Adreisy. Also at the Asian/Hibachi restaurant, we had the best cook (Patricio) preparing our meals. So engaging and full of energy and the food was outstanding!!! At the breakfast buffet we would always be serviced by Eusi Bido, he was one of the best and he always took care of us to the point that he would go above and beyond the call of duty. At the main pool, the entertainment was really good as well, those guys are full of energy and keep the crowd active and happy! The only two issues were that my room had a moldy smell and it was more intense at night time when we went to sleep. And we got the VIP package and were told that we would be able to get a late check out since our flight was late at night. The day I went to request it, the manager was not friendly or helpful and wanted to charge me if I needed to do a late check out. That left a bad taste in my mouth my last day at the resort. But overall, I love this property and will definitely come back with my family. "
