Front counter guy (I forgot his name) was great. Very helpful, friendly and informative. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept. The negative factor is there was no elevator to get to the second floor. Very hard with guests that walk with canes to bring luggage up and down the stairs. Except for the rude and loud rugby players that stayed there the stay was good

Staff was friendly. We loved the front desk employee that checked us in. He was friendly, personable, and humorous. Excellent hospitality. I was very happy with the location and proximity to state parks. The building is a little outdated but not a concern.
