Me encanto aunque llegamos un poco tarde nos buscaron un buen lugar para cenar tu unos problema con la confirmation de una reservacion y fueron amables me encanto

The good hotel is so good for so many reasons. From a hotel in perspective, its location is great. It is conveniently located right in the center of a lot of activities and it’s a very art area with great restaurants and cafés. I am in my fourth week of learning Spanish and the hotel staff was extremely helpful and cooperating with me to practice my Spanish. And maybe most importantly the good Hotel is sponsoring Guatemalan children to get their education and helping unemployed citizens to become trained in hospitality so they serve a purpose higher than just the hotel business. They are an engine for social change. I highly recommend this hotel.

El hotel es muy acogedor, con un ambiente agradable y tranquilo. La habitación y el baño estaban muy limpios y en buenas condiciones. El único inconveniente fue que nuestra habitación estaba ubicada justo debajo del restaurante, por lo que desde muy temprano se escuchaban ruidos de muebles moviéndose en el techo. Lo reportamos en recepción y afortunadamente lo atendieron y corrigieron rápidamente.
