Excellent stay! Highly recommend this resort—it is a botanical garden, very lush, with many flowers & birds—and indoors, amazing hotel decor—it’s gorgeous and unique with flowers and artwork everywhere. The pictures do not do it justice—you have to experience being there. It sits on the banks of Lake Atitlán with a beautiful view of the three giants—3 beautiful volcanos. All rooms face the lake & the view is mesmerizing. Great pool & zero edge jacuzzi. Great restaurant—good food & amazing staff throughout the property! We were able to book a private water taxi through the hotel and spent one day touring the small villages around the lake. Pick-up and drop off at the hotel’s private dock was so convenient. Amazing Sunday brunch! This place has it all! Can’t say enough about this gorgeous property & cannot wait to come back! Truly a gem.

NO VOLVERÍA!!! Cero servicio al cliente, las personas de recepción trabajan por pocas horas y cuando se ingresa al Hotel siguen en sus celulares y ni siquiera un saludo. Dejaron una de las habitaciones sin servicio de aseo aún cuando los pedí. Les hice ver mi celebración de cumpleaños y no tuvieron ningún detalla. Muy mala la calidad de la comida. Elegimos al Hotel por su calificación pero es solamente la vista del lugar. Pésimo Servicio al Cliente y no tienen ninguna consideración para el adulto mayor. Es la primera vez que un Hotel no cumple nuestras expectativas!!!
