“The property is very well located, close to the restaurants and bars in University Heights. There is also a playground about 2 blocks away. We liked the bedrooms and especially liked the water pressure in the showers. There was enough room for our 3 and a half grandson to play in. The property management was attentive to our needs. ”

“We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate a birthday. There were 4 of us altogether. The apartment size was absolutely perfect for all of us. The furnishings were great, except for a beach chair that broke on someone. There was the essentials to get us through the meals (bring your own toiletries). The weather was perfect and the balcony view and beach access was the best part! There were restaurants nearby and a liquor store right downstairs to supply our wine and coffee. Overall, a great experience...

“I loved being next to the beach. The price was comparatively reasonable for location. There's even a little walkable coffee, breakfast and lunch place nearby called Katy's Cafe. But there are a ton of places to eat nearby and on Palm Ave. where my family lives. The building is very secure and the apartment is cozy but roomy too, and quiet. I didn't use the kitchen but it appears to have everything needed. ”

“Spent the week at a conference at the convention center. Nice location downtown. Condo is open aired with walls but no ceiling on the lower room. This worked out great for our purpose. Gives more privacy than a hotel room with easy access to what the Gaslamp has to offer.”

“Close to the main strip of Coronado. Great accommodations, great communication with property managers, loved to hang out in the backyard. Left us a sweet goodie bag when we got there!”

“The views from balcony were great. Having a reasonably priced restaurant below and a market across the street was wonderful. You can not swim in the ocean due to bacteria in the water. The internet was spotty and would cut in and out. The water took a long time to get warm in showers and sinks. Perfect amount of beds for our group and beds were comfortable. Driving to main attractions of San Diego was around 25-35min with traffic. The outlet mall near by was enormous.”

“Beautiful home in a great location! Very clean and organized. Very close to the beach and Hotel Del Coronado. So much to do, lots of restaurants and shops to walk to. We took the Trolley tour. It was fun and we were able to see so much. Only downside is having one shower. The best part was our family rented the unit below and we were able to spend time together in the lovely fully equipped back yard. ”
