“Good experience not new but well maintained and great staff”

“Breakfast was great, the kids really enjoyed it. The big miss was the mildew smell in our room or hallway. It smelled like mildew. I tried to change rooms and was offered a downgrade due to being out of the same room type. I was offered a deep clean of the room which I took and it helped, but a day later, the smell was not as strong, but still present. Staff was okay, breakfast was good, pool was okay according to my daughter, fitness center was good. It is very unlikely I will stay at this……

“Room looked like it was not cleaned. It looked like the bed was just made without putting new sheets. The sheets were dirty and pillows looked like someone had drooled all over them. Towels were supposed to be but looked a little brown and dirty. Disgusting place”
