“They gave away a prepaid reservation to some random guy and my mom and family had to sleep in their car. When Expedia contacted they said a guy checked in at 9 and left in the morning dropping off the keys to the room. Who was that man? Why would you give the room that was already paid for to some random guy. Very upset and disappointed.”

“The hotel room was infested with roaches. My daughter and I ended up sleeping in my car for the night. I would absolutely not be recommending this hotel to anyone period. If I could get my money back I most definitely would”

“The rooms are nice, clean and updated. I can tell from the hallways and elevators that is an older building, but the rooms in lobby are remodeled. I didn’t sleep very well because I could hear people on the floor above me walking around. Also, the noise from the air conditioners which are outside. The windows are very noisy. In addition, I was across the street from a car wash and I could hear the noise from the vacuums and air sprayers in the morning and afternoon. Their customer……
