"Scott is a terrific host. The home was even decorated for Halloween. The furnishings are excellent, the cupboards well stocked, large flat yard, nice pool and game room. Ample parking for 4 to 6 cars, but no covered parking. Two dishwashers and two large refrigerators in the kitchen, plus a wine/bar refrig. There are several streaming tv's throughout the house and in the bedrooms.This is a very interesting house on 4 levels. Nice views from 3 levels of the house. There's seating for over 75 people throughout the house. "

"We had a great stay at this clean, cozy and comfortable loft! The views cannot be over-exaggerated! Josh was very responsive and helpful, beds were comfy, water hot, appliances worked great. Definitely recommend! "

"Seven Palms was the perfect destination for our family meet-up with folks driving in from San Francisco and Phoenix. The house provided breathtaking views, a plethora of activities, and a large kitchen and dining area for meals (inside and outside). The enclosed grassy area, pool, playground, and friendly chickens and goats were highlights for two energetic toddlers. And the location made day outings to the San Diego Zoo and Coronado Island very easy. Melinda and John were great hosts, and we look forward to a future visit."

"The house was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and the views and the pool were amazing.The hosts were great to respond when we had a question. Plenty of towels and plates, silverware, etc. Really the only problem we ran into was locating the house because the entrance is kind of hidden so make sure to pay attention to the instructions "

"Amazing property! Our party of 10 ranged in age from 3 to 80. The spacious, clean, comfortable house and ample amenities offered something for everyone, giving us all the freedom to enjoy each other's company. Kitchen was well equipped, and we made good use of the backyard barbecues, pool/waterslide, play equipment, and fire pit. Host was very attentive, answering questions promptly by text. Many grocery options nearby. The location is not very walkable and nearby freeways got backed up at times, but we spent most of our time at the house anyway. Excellent extended family getaway spot!"
