“Ofrecen amenidades como piscina y al llegar al lugar no esta disponible, solicite un cambio y se negaron a hacerlo, pedi salir del hotel y se negaron a hacer un reembolso”

“My first night, a roach entered the room near the door, I saw it in the morning, upside down and kicking still. In fairness, it rained the night before and the room was on the first floor, near a glass exit door. When I brought the roach to the front desk attendant’s attention and asked to check out and be refunded for the balance of my stay (paid in advance through Expedia), I was told I can check out early but wouldn’t be refunded for the balance of the stay. Front desk staff also said that……

“Vary stylishness, historical style and comfortable .”

“The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.”

“Only one elevator working during my 4 night stay. Ended up taking the stairs most of the time due to long delays. The ice machine on the 3rd floor did not work - was advised that the first floor ice machine worked. Bathroom could use updating. Mattress needs replacing (slopes down on one side).”

“The hotel was nice. The staff were very friendly. The TV’s in the room were outdated. One of the lamps didn’t work and the lights over the bed seemed to have a short in them…when I flipped the switch to turn them on, nothing would happen. But then maybe 15-30 secs later, they would come on. Overall, the room was nice. The beds were comfortable and you couldn’t hear outside noises or noises from the other rooms or hallway.”

“We had a great stay at this Hampton inn! The hotel is very nice and updated, everything was clean. The staff were friendly. It is situated in a good downtown area, the breakfast was delicious with lots of options and a wide time window. We also enjoyed the fitness center and pool was amazing. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to others.”

“Very clean in a terrific location. Onsite restaurant had a wonderful breakfast”
