This is horrible place that I strongly recommend against. Very old, in poor repair, and with lots of serious problems. In 7 days I had 4 days with "hot water" that was not hot, and one day with no hot water (nothing came out of the faucet). The air conditioner was weak and not able to maintain the room at a comfortable temperature during the day. Don't go to this hotel.

What I liked most about my stay was definitely the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference and made our experience even more enjoyable. The wonderful service was definitely one of the highlights of our stay!

The breakfast was great. The luncheon dinner left a lot to be desired. The food was not good at all extremely salty and did not taste like Brazilian bread food at all, which is very delicious disappointed in the food.
