“In general disappointed with the communication as at times missed communication. Staff especially the cleaner on site kept telling me they do not speak English and even though tried to speak to them in Hebrew they said they only speak Arabic. The TV did not work during the 5 days stay as there was no remote in the room, the cleaner said he will call to contact someone but no follow up. Also there is building work close by and the noise was bad.”
