Very in need of upgrades, even if just cosmetic: the exterior is beat up (leaking pipes, opened electricity panels on grounds, some outside showers in need of repair near pools, pools need to be maintened (patches) uneven pathways need to be repaved, rooms in need of a fresh up: change patio doors ...

Good in many respects but our timing was bad. Apparently spring is the time when sargassum weeds move in. The beach at the property (and anywhere on the north and east side of whole island was unusable). They clean things up but it takes a few days and we never even got to walk on the beach.
