“Good in many respects but our timing was bad. Apparently spring is the time when sargassum weeds move in. The beach at the property (and anywhere on the north and east side of whole island was unusable). They clean things up but it takes a few days and we never even got to walk on the beach. Housekeeping could be more prompt (they tried to make it up after I complained). Property in general was good but for the price paid I am not sure it is best value.”

“Me and my partner stayed here for 5 days for her birthday. After booking I was a little skeptical because there were a lot of bad reviews. However that was not our case. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful from the time of arrival until we departed. Antionette, our Expedia host was amazing and had made us dinner reservations to all the restaurants prior to our arrival w/o us even requesting. She also scored us a cabana.
