Upon first arriving, I was greeted by the kiosk for my check-in. It was a screen with a person working remotely to help me through the check-in process. That went well however, it made me question whether there was anyone even at the hotel. I didn’t see anyone at the property when I first checked in. Later I did see staff on the property. The rooms are pretty outdated which is fine but we were hit with quite a smell as we entered the room. The blankets smelled like a wet dog. The air conditioning could certainly use some improvement as well. The towels in the bathroom had black fuzz and makeup stuck to them. The walls and the floors were absolutely thin as paper. We could hear everything going on around us. The breakfast provided was pretty dismal as well. If you are looking for a place to spend the night for one night as you’re passing through town and come in with the understanding that you’re not staying at a five star hotel, or even maybe a two star hotel, then this would probably be fine. We had to stay for two nights and had I known what I know now I would not have stayed there.
