"Beautiful view. Cozy, well stocked, nicely decorated, clean condo. Great location in the middle of the island so not to far to visit the North or South island. Very comfortable bed. Laundry room (coin operated) a short walk from condo. Beautiful grounds and really nice and private beach. Would recommend and plan to stay again in future visit. Great communication with owners."

"This beautiful property exceeded all expectations. The condo was clean and comfortable, and included snorkeling equipment and beach gear. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was super helpful. The pool was the highlight for my kids- they haven’t stopped talking about it. Location is great- we spent time in Kapa’a where there are many food options and also drove to the North shore and Waimea as well- easy trips in both directions. I highly recommend this place!"

"Location was great! All instructions were helpful and accurate! Huge bathroom and spacious bedroom! We had some loud neighbors during the day! With jealousies (louvre windows) you don’t always feel like you have privacy and we could hear everything they said! Not a fault of this property but bad timing!"

"The owners have obviously gone out of their way to ensure this place has all of the comforts of home. The kitchen is very well-equipped with high end appliances and all necessary gadgets. The beds are comfortable with supportive mattresses and breathable linens. The towels are plush and soft. The beach chairs and umbrella are premium quality and in great shape. The bathrooms are spa-inspired. And the views of the ocean from the grounds are breathtaking. All in all a fantastic and luxurious place...

"Janet was very communicative and accommodating (she let us check in a bit early!). The condo is just as listed and described: not a lot of bells and whistles, but it had everything you needed as a home base. We appreciated the fan, and it was nice to enjoy breakfast on the lanai. Parking wasn’t too bad (permit was provided), and it was easy to get around - very close to a Foodland as well as other eats."

"This condo unit is right above the beach and overlooks Wailua Bay Beach. We could watch surfers, swimmers and fishermen right from our lanai. We saw whales only twice; a long distance away; but also saw a large pod of dolphins right in front. The location is an easy drive to anywhere else on the island."

"This place is perfect for a short stay. It's small, but the lanai makes it larger and becomes the living/dining room. Pool is great, communication with owner easy. Note that there is no kitchen, but there is a small toaster, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, so it's perfect for preparing breakfasts and lunches and warming up takeout. Comfortable bed, and I love the key-less entry."

"We have stayed Emmalani court before, but not in this unit. The unit is in the first building as you drive in on the right, at the end of the walkway and located upstairs. The kitchen is well stocked with dishwashing soap, dishwashing liquid coffee maker, and any kitchen utensil that you could possibly think of. "Great location! So easy to venture north or south on the island! Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants and shopping! The condo slept all 6 of us comfortably and I heard no complaints. The A/C and 3 ceiling fans kept us cool when we needed it. I loved morning coffee on the lanai with mountains in the background! "As i had a bad back, i had a downstairs unit. It was easy for me to move about. Loved the chicken's and birds on the grounds. Got help with me luggage. The pull-out couch in the living room was hard to sleep on. Very lumpy. In the folder you suppled for information You should have the phone # for the front desk on the first psge in the booklet. Hard to find. Had a great stay. Will come back again."

"Excellent choice if you want more of an apartment feel than a hotel room (which we prefer). Staff is very friendly and the front office has activities everyday. You get access to the huge and beautiful pool area at the resort next door which was a huge plus! Not easy to walk to nearby places, so recommend getting a rental car or Uber/Lyft. Lots of renovation happening in a couple of the buildings during our stay, but not disruptive and good to see they are working on improvements. Will be...
