“Overall, we had a good experience. The room itself was great and had an amazing view - definitely the highlight of the stay. The hotel is nice, with a couple of restaurants, two pools, and direct access to a shared sandy beach with a neighboring hotel.The room was not cleaned properly upon arrival - the bathroom was dirty and there were used towels - however, once we notified the host, a cleaner was sent the next day, which we appreciated.The hotel and room interiors are a bit dated, but you’re……

“We rented a fully equipped condo unit. Immaculate. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and liked that the pool is heated. Felt price was reasonable for what you get.”

“Great view! We liked walking down to the beach and taking a resort golf cart back. The beach is nice, we saw a few turtles while snorkeling.The room is extremely close to the restaurants in the resort. For us this was a downside since we heard the music from our lanai”

“The stay was very disappointing. At the 4pm check in (which was very late) the condo was not cleaned. I was half way through cleaning in myself when a couple showed to finish. No washer and dryer. The space isn’t even set up for it even though it’s listed in the amenities. Upon arrival the TV was not working. The owner was notified and it took 4 days to be replaced. Normally not a big deal but this was just a solo golf trip and I could have really used the relax time at night. The space was used……

“I think my deck should have had two lounge chairs instead of one. There were not enough dresser drawers in the room. The hall rug on floor one was a bit shabby. Overall though, very nice property and great staff.”
