Beautiful historic building with charm and character. Our room was big and very comfortable, the bed was great and most importantly the HVAC was whisper quiet. Only issue was the elevator was out of order but not a big deal as they gave us a room on the second floor.

This place was at a convention location fir the activities I had planned; however, not ONCE they made an attempt to clean the room. I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and that was helpful as I switched beds during my stay. When I asked the front desk how often they clean the rooms they said every other day but they were very short handed and asked if I needed anything. I asked for towels and a working fridge as the one in the room wasn’t working and the food I place in there spoiled. She looked at me and said okay. When I came back to my room that night, the fridge was working and they had left clean towels but room was in the same condition as I left it that morning. During my check out I was asked how as my stay and told the front desk of my experience and they said “okay, thank you for stying with us”. I always stay at Marriott properties and this was a disappointment to say the least.

Room was above the pool so was damp and smelled moldy. Towels woyld not dry. No one on-site. Coffee was good but no spoons or way to stir in sugar. Cute decor and clean overall. Close to off-site restaurant that was good. Bed was overly soft. Pool was big but water was chilly and cloudy. Nice outdoor deck.
