Kelburn Castle and Country Centre Tours

Great value for money! Though the property was on a busy road, and looked a tad run-down from the outside, the bedrooms and bathrooms have been renovated, and our room (on the back side of the road) was very quiet. The “breakfast included” was more than adequate. (Inexpensive meals for later in the day were also available as “room service”.) We’d stay there again.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff is amazing. The property itself is gorgeous. Felt like we were being pampered and cared for the whole time. Had dinner at The Deck and that was wonderful also. Our only regret is that we only stayed one night. Would love to return and spend more time there.

Had a great 4 night stay at the Torrance Hotel. Very clean room, with kettle, coffee, tea, cookies. Room serviced every day if required. Delicious made to order cooked breakfast and continental buffet included with our stay. Well maintained rooms and beautiful restaurant and bar. Unfortunately on arriving back to the hotel on our last evening after being out the power was out in the hotel. Staff were amazing and assisted us in getting what we needed from our room and set us up in a taxi to go to their sister hotel, the Busby Hotel, in another town 5 miles down the road. We stayed the night there and had great service and similar breakfast the next morning. Got another taxi back to the Torrence hotel. Money was refunded for the taxis. All in all we had a wonderful stay with great service from amazing staff. Will definitely stay there again when back in East Kilbride.
