There was no noise from the road and the staff were very friendly and helpful. . We ate in the restaurant and the food arrived hot and promptly. Would eat there again. This was the old Ramada Kenilworth - worth remembering because the sign on the roundabout still refers to it as that and it has its own exit. Excellent dual carriageway links to Coventry. If all the rooms have been renovated to the same standard as ours, the bad reviews should soon be a thing of the past. There is a very impressive ballroon / function suite to the right of reception. Only thing missing - a chair (or two) in the bedroom. Very little phone signal or 5G. WiFi was pathetic. Bed was okay. As I went to use the bathroom I found a dirty pair of underwear hanging on the back of the door. Back to reception, they came to retrieve the item. I was promised a partial refund but this never materialised. Room basic, last residents towels left in bathroom, mirror smeared. Bed was two single mattresses pushed together to make a double with ridge felt in middle. Toilet flush broken and kept filling. Stayed for one night as we were attending a concert at nearby Warwick. We arrived before our check-in time, but after a coffee we were allowed access to the room early. The room was lovely and clean with crisp white sheets and fluffy white towels. The bed was a little too soft for my liking but that’s personal preference. The bathroom was a little dated, but perfectly clean, although it had no bin in it. Also there was no hairdryer in the room, but possibly could have been provided if asked for. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
