This place seemed reasonable. Room was small but had everything we needed. Pool was nice. It was closed the first night but open after that. There was a nice breakfast( included). My favorite were the hot croissants. We were so close to all the tourist sites. We could look into the Hemingway house backyard. Duvall St was one block away. Bike rental was a must and only $10/day. The staff were so helpful. She even helped me find a key lime pie shop to buy a whole pie to bring back home. It was so nice to have a free parking space too. You are literally steps from Duval street and the Hemingway house! We arrived late, and staff worked with us for a late check in that was seamless. Parking is several blocks away, but you really shouldn’t expect close parking in Key West. The room was extremely clean. The bed was firm. They offer an additional pillow. Luggage rack, ironing board to mention a few amenities. We didn’t get to take advantage of the hot tub but the hot tub area and lobby area are beautiful. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.
