Top Floor River Run Condo w/ Private Balcony Overlooking Shared Amenities!

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom top floor condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed. It features a private balcony that overlooks the pool and hot tub. Vaulted ceilings. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks and bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a brand new queen-sized sleeper sofa. Near the living room is a queen-sized Murphy bed that can be pulled out at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The large floor-to-ceiling windows and slider door provide lots of natural light. The private balcony overlooks the courtyard including the shared pool and hot tub.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four and there are two extra chairs. The guest bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress and Ivory White Bedding. There is a mounted flat screen TV. The primary bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination.

Fantastic location - 2 mins walk to ski lessons and gondola..

Really comfortable condo and the bed was wonderful. We absolutely loved being able to walk 2 mins to River Run. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was great, top floor so you don't hear anyone above you walking around in their ski boots, LOL.Pool was the best part, most heated pools feel cold when you jump in them but this one was close to 90F so it was brilliant. Walk to ski lift - Maybe I am being petty here, the walk was a little longer than other condos we have stayed at but still manageable. But it was a little long for young kids so I became the default mule carrying all their and my skis to the lift. Other than that, highly recommend.

Excellent communication from the property managers and they really had thought of everything that we might ask. App is a nice touch.

Place worked out great

When we checked in there was a dirty towel still hanging in the bathroom on the door. We also found a vacuum in the closet and had to re-vacuum the condo. There was also a knife that had been used it was back in the butcher block. Other than that the place was great!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Initially we were very excited to stay here for my 31st bday vacation. However, our stay wasn't as pleasant as we would have hoped. After the office told us (at 11am ) we may be able to check in earlier than 4 o'clock we went to the property and stored 7 bags to include snowboard and ski bags unattended in the locker room. One would assume that the property managers may contact the cleaning staff to ask them to maybe just maybe clean that room after they finished the one they currently were working on. But no, after walking around RR Village for hours I called at 3:10pm to see if the room was available and was told no. My friend proceeded to go look for the room and see when room service would be done. Upon knocking two ppl answered the door who did not have any identifying clothing on to indicate they were staff members. Called back again at 4:07pm to ask if we were set to go and got a yes. Walked into the condo and it smelled like a dispensary. Which leads us to assume that the "cleaning" crew were just hanging out and smoking. Walking around we noticed there was no welcome basket. 3 rolls of toilet paper for 5 women, 1/3 of a bottle of hand soap left in both bathrooms, and an empty box of facial tissue.The shower that is connected to the bedroom doesn't always have hot water. We found ourselves taking lukewarm showers after getting off the slopes at 4pm. The closet was so full of cleaning supplies and random things we could only store one carry on in it. The pluses are that the furniture is pretty nice, and the beds were comfortable. So just like my title said it wasn't the worst place I've stayed bet definitely far from the best.

Cozy and updated unit

The space was clean and most of the amenities worked as described. We appreciated having the murphy and sofa bed. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were easy to locate. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could need to cook or fix a drink. The fireplace worked flawlessly and the temperature in the unit was very comfortable. The property manager needs to fix the hot water in the shower outside the living area (it only got up to lukewarm so we all had to shower in the master bathroom) and the hairdryer in the master bathroom did not work.

DO NOT STAY HERE

This was advertised as a 2 bathroom. The second bathroom has no hot water. We kept getting the excuse it’s a whole building broiler causing the issue which is not true. Water was hot in main bath and sink the entire time, never hot in second bath. Many other reviews mention this, which I did not see until we arrived to no hot water. They offered me 100 credit if I sign a gag order promising not to review the property which is even more wrong trying to trick others. If you need two bathrooms DO NOT rent this unit!!!! Also non working shower shares a wall with house keeping wash room which could be why there is no hot water in that bathroom.

Lovely Place for Family Ski Trip

Our family of 5 enjoyed our holiday ski trip at Expedition Station! Our condo was cute & comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. I appreciated how thoughtful they were with space solutions - we were able to comfortably sleep 5 even though it’s a 1-bedroom. The walk to the gondola was short, making this location excellent for families that want to be able to ski off and on easily throughout their stay.

We love Keystone and this is the second year in a row with a stay at Expedition Station. The location is so convenient to the slopes, food, and all the village has to offer! It’s a short 5 minute (or less) walk to the Gondola, convenient to everything. The condo was so comfortable with everything we needed for our stay! Loved the comfort of the furniture in the living room and all the storage for our gear! The heated pool and hot tub is our favorite amenity, but we also love the pool table and laundry on site!

Great Spot & Accessible to Everything

We really enjoyed the location of Expedition Station- and the underground parking since the Keystone visitor lot fills up quickly. We were talking distance to everything we needed and enjoyed exploring the restaurants and shops after skiing. We like to stay in Keystone Village because the Ski & Ride school is close and its a quick walk to the Gondola. The unit itself was nice and tidy. We used the fireplace daily and also used the murphy bed. This was a great size for our family of 3 (2 adults, 1 child age 6).
