“This is a condo property located in a good spot in Poipu. The unit had everything we needed, washer and dryer and kitchen stocked with pots, pans etc. the pool area provides a great view of the ocean. The pool itself is average. Our unit could use new carpet and screen door. Good property for those who want to avoid the large and loud resorts. ”

“Great view, the condo could use a deep cleaning and some kitchen utensil upgrades but overall I enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, did not need AC with the nice ocean breeze. Pool is nice. These are old buildings and as such there is always a few condos having work done on them but it did not bother us to much even though the condo next to us was getting major remodel. I would stay here again, so the small complaints we might have are just that small.”

“We had a great time staying at this condo! The balcony was very comfortable and had amazing views. The room was clean with had plenty of space for us. The listing says it has A/C, which ended up being a single unit in the bedroom that can't be left running while you're away. However, the airflow from the balcony and front-door windows kept us cool enough while spending time in the kitchen/living room. The only other thing we were a little surprised by was how the beach area around the building...

“We enjoyed a perfect family vacation in a condo that had all amenities needed and was very clean. We appreciated access to beach chairs and cooler for our beach time. We dined at the restaurant on property, Oasis, which was delicious. We loved using the BBQ’s on property for cook outs. So easy to pick up food at Safeway across the street. “Good central location. We did a lot of hiking and beach walking. Loved the closeness to beach walking trail. Good place for the cost. Only thing we missed was a jacuzzi. That would have been wonderful after difficult hikes. Overall a nice place.”

“"Perfect" as an adjective actually doesn't do this property justice. Top to bottom, the unit is a VRBO unicorn as far as I'm concerned. Amazingly laid out and furnished and spotlessly clean are one good thing, but the astonishingly great view and proximity to crashing waves and natural entertainment is something you just don't normally find for less than $1k per night...much less. The neighborhood is also definitely upscale and you don't have to worry about keggers or knucklehead gatherings...

“Friendly & responsive staff, strong Aloha spirit. However, the place is dated, ie still popcorn ceilings. Need pest control (roaches), asked us to take shoes off but floor carpet felt uncomfortably moist, couldn’t really decide the cleanness of carpet due to color, bathroom smells odd, slippery bathtub, low shower pressure. The room itself needs air freshener. No beach towels, they supply only bath towels 1/person no extras. You have to exchange if you want new ones. Low quality paper towels,...
