“Wonderful stay, beautiful space, close to everything, very clean and cozy. This is a duplex, so you will have neighbors to share your porch. Not a big deal for us, we had the best neighbors but thought I would mention. Loved watching the hummingbirds off of the front porch, so beautiful.”

“Communication was great we had concerns about the river flooding. Our host was quick to communicate and advise us everything was safe to travel. Upon arrival the cabin first smelt so clean, second appeared clean as well. Wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people. Bed was super comfy and the AC couldn’t have been more perfect. Was so frikin cold. Loved it. Went for a run Saturday morning during our stay the views were great. Highly recommend Happy Hollow, and Taqueria San Juan and Frio Coffee. We……

“It was the perfect spot to stay for us! Our kids and grands were across the street so we had a nice, cool, very clean place to stay at night when we needed some quiet time ”

“House was great and we filled all 28 sleeping spaces. It was a great space for a large group and hosts were very responsive. Two things to improve- trash space needs to be bigger for a house that large or picked up every day. Also bring a broom and dustpan- we needed it to sweep crumbs etc off floors. Overall highly recommend!”

The pool was exactly as pictured online, and well maintained. The property manager John, had great communication, and was willing to address any issues that we might have. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to stay in the Texas Hill Country area.”
