“Nice, comfortable, and convenient spot to stay for our snowmobile trip. Plenty of room to park a 4 door truck and 25’ enclosed trailer. Gas and through town trail are 2 short blocks away. Rode directly from the house easily. Great location that is exactly as advertised and I don’t think can be beat for the price. Host was communicative and available. Definitely will book again if we make another trip to the area and it’s available.”

“Beautifully decorated. Bathroom was small with ceilings that cut into shower space. Not suitable for my 6 ft tall husband. Quiet. ”

“My friends and I came away very pleased with our no-frills wilderness camping on Rod's property. He has the best view of the Huron Mtns I've seen, with a better perspective on the south faces than Pt Abbaye. They really lit up in the sun with peak color all over. We also loved his sweet dog Max, who quickly pivoted from intimidating bark at strangers to "dare you to try to take my stick" playfulness in seconds.I would go back in a heartbeat, but I did take off 1 star for listing accuracy only……

“Found these cottages by chance & we’re so grateful. It seemed that EVERY other place was booked; required multiple night stays, or would not allow pets. Our request was granted promptly thru VRBO, as usual. Admittedly, it was strange not having a hotel clerk to admit us, but we were used to it w VRBO. We did see two different folk, leave after being baffled (?) by QR code contact/ admittance. The little Cabin was immaculate. Lake was too windy to enjoy & we checked into late to fire up the……
