"This was the first time that we stood at this property and my grandkids loved it. We are already planning our 2026 trip to stay there."

"The hotel itself was fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and when we had a complaint about a confusion in rooms the staff was very understanding and made sure to immediately look into it. My only complaint was the area around the hotel is old and dirty. We walked to little Tokyo and there was a lot of alleys that smelled terrible but that’s not the hotels fault. We loved that although the room was small it was big enough for my and my 6’2” husband and our stuff. "

"I reserved a shared bedroom with 3 other girls, and the bed was nice and comfy. I had a little bit of trouble falling asleep because my bunkmate snores very loudly, but that's not the hotel's fault, just something to be aware of. I didn't try any food options at the facility or nearby locations, so I can't make any comments about that."

"Not a bad walk to Disneyland (15 minutes). City Walk location about 5 minutes walk with dining and additional entertainment. Our room was clean and quiet."

"A beautiful hotel that is in a great location. You can view concerts in the summer from your window. You can go to nearby spirits, or go to many restaurants."
