Large bathroom with tub & shower. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a private patio with 2 chairs on the ground floor with a great view of the pool.

This spectacular Villa is nestled in Old Town La Quinta ,near spectacular golf, tennis and world renowned music festivals and is a short walk across the street from Old Town La Quinta, with shopping and great dining including; Stuft Pizza Bar & Grill, the Grill on Main and La Quinta Brewing Company for an ice cold beer. Only 3 miles from Indian Wells Tennis Garden and 5 miles to Coachella Music Festival or Desert Trip. Golf courses are less than 2 miles away.
