“The room was clean, supplied well and was perfect for gorgeous views of the sunset, stars and mountains. It had a nice fire pit but a burn ban prevented us from using it. We still used the chairs for the desert and mountain views at night. The shared kitchen was perfect for a quick breakfast. All in all, I wasn’t ready to leave when y was time to leave 10 bits! I would recommend to anyone headed to Big Bend. ”

“Nothing fancy, but a homey and comfortable place for a single person or couple to spend a night or two. Comfortable bed, kitchen with much-appreciated coffee makings and some cooking supplies included. Very close to the entrance to Big Bend National Park. RV park location was quiet and close to a few places to eat, buy groceries or fill up on (very expensive) gas.”

“If you’re looking for a truly unique place to stay near Big Bend, the Ghost House Mirror Cabin is such a fun experience. The mirrored exterior blends into the desert landscape and makes the whole place feel almost magical — especially at sunrise and sunset.The location is fantastic. It’s right in Terlingua and within walking distance of iconic spots, restaurants, and local hangouts, so you can explore without having to drive everywhere. It’s the perfect base camp for adventures in Big Bend……

“Got in and set up camp easily enough. Directions on VRBO to the site were incorrect but the owner messaged us and let us know. Bathroom was in good condition which was nice. Wish the campsite fire was in better condition and that there was more of a flat area for setting up the tent and wish there was a table to use. Good overall though and close to the park. ”
