“The room was clean, supplied well and was perfect for gorgeous views of the sunset, stars and mountains. It had a nice fire pit but a burn ban prevented us from using it. We still used the chairs for the desert and mountain views at night. The shared kitchen was perfect for a quick breakfast. All in all, I wasn’t ready to leave when y was time to leave 10 bits! I would recommend to anyone headed to Big Bend. ”

“Nothing fancy, but a homey and comfortable place for a single person or couple to spend a night or two. Comfortable bed, kitchen with much-appreciated coffee makings and some cooking supplies included. Very close to the entrance to Big Bend National Park. RV park location was quiet and close to a few places to eat, buy groceries or fill up on (very expensive) gas.”

“Staying in Mimi's Guestroom was one of the very BEST decisions I made when planning my Far West Texas trip with friends. In fact, it was my my favorite overnight stay of my entire 10-day trip. What made it so was because it was completely comfortable, authentic, classy, and unassumingly cool. Waking up in that incredibly comfortable king-sized bed & watching the pre-dawn light & eventual sunrise come up over the mountains was an unforgettable experience. Can't thank them enough for & loved……
