"The smell of cigarettes within the property was nauseating, the smell was in all bedding and laundry items. One of the most disgusting stays of my life."

"The hotel, pools, and waterpark, look absolutely nothing like the pictures. The rooms are bare and unwelcoming. We ended up canceling our stay after a few hours. It was nothing like the pictures and reviews say. It’s also very far from any of the parks, or anything near Orlando. You are at least 30+min away Luckily the manager was very kind and gave us a refund. We left and stayed somewhere else "

"The room don’t have all the proper essential items . No one ever came by rooms to check on towels or any other items . They add in extra fees when you purchase online and you get stuck paying them at check in and the they try to get you to do some kind of time share."

"Decent for a budget hotel , beds were hard front desk staff not very attentive and seemed grumpy. However, restaurants and gift shop staff wonderful"

"Elevators were mostly down and staff had to share an elevator with us I was on the 8th floor it took 15 mins to get down other then that it was nice hotel and will be back again "

"We had a fantastic stay with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious food and drinks that were perfect for kids; the pepperoni pizza was a family favorite, while the grilled chicken Caesar salad stood out as my personal favorite! The pools were enjoyable and deep enough for adults, and the kid-friendly lazy river was undoubtedly a top highlight; we spent hours there. The family suite was ideal—spacious and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the kitchen bar and sink. Overall, we will definitely be returning sooner than expected. Thank you!"

"Room was clean. Food at Sid’s, Mexican spot and kids arcade were good. We were put in the very last row of the resort (vvc) and it was terribly far form everything!!!! The closest 2 pools were gross. Chairs at pool gross. Basketball court by us broken. Food and marketplace closed at 7. Nothing opened til 12 noon to eat. Our room (vvc 11-b) itself was ok. No toaster. Light in bathroom falling. Had to call because air broke twice. You share a hallway with the unit Nextdoor like an apartment complex so don’t have expectations for noisiness. We only had 1 roach… I’m not complaining about that because it’s Florida and bugs live everywhere. You can call the front office for a ride in a golf cart to the main hall! If you have more than 5 you need to wait (10-15 min) for another cart. No i wouldnt go back. The place itself It’s about 20/25 min from everything. "

"I went there to celebrate my 75th birthday. 18 of my family members came from Pittsburgh Minnesota and California. All had great rooms. We had a suite that overlooked the pool so did the others. The valet staff was wonderful. We had 2wheelchairs and 2 walker to unload every time we got in the car. The entire resort was wheelchair accessible. We had a fabulous time in pool and water park both younger and older grandchildren. Would love to go back,,"
