"It was a good stay. I would streamline check-in so its faster and less hassle. You give them a credit card for an extra charge, then they ask you if you want to use the same card for parking.. 5 minutes later. Why, not all at once, and what hotels have pay for parking? I know its a water park, but if you're staying there. You have 2 people checking in and out towels, yet it a slow process with a line during rush... really could have 3 scanners with 3 PCs? "

"This is it! Everything about Lakemore Resorts and the surrounding areas is ALL you could ask for on a trip. The properties are beyond well appointed and everything has been thought of and arranged. The houses are new and warm and perfect. The city is incredible. We were there for the weekend but wish we could have stayed all week. We will be going back again (and again!). The staff was prompt and efficient and incredible. I travel the world for a living and this is one of my favorite trips."

"If you enjoy vacationing with a vintage feel, this is your place! Quiet , quaint (no air conditioning in hotel, but fan provided, no TV, sketchy wifi, no fridge in room), friendly and helpful staff. A great place to shake off tension and enjoy a relaxed and old-fashioned vibe."

"Everyone who stayed absolutely loved it! The pool was a huge hit. It was surprisingly warm, considering it was only mid June in northern Michigan. So many things for the kids to do inside and outside! The huge gathering space off of the kitchen was perfect. Plenty of fridge space for all of the food and drinks, and all of the beds were very comfortable."

"First time at the hotel eventhough my hysband and I visit Traverse City every year. We chose this location because of family reunion. Water on the lake was a tad cold as it is only mid June but there was an indoor pool and hot tub to make up for it. Guest service was courteous and we had a very nice overall experience."
