“When i had originally booked photos of a hotutb and pool were included. However, at this property they do not have those amenities. Update photos according to the property, not the chain. ”

“My coworkers and I stayed for one night. We had a work convention at the Great Wolf Lodge and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Way better price as well. Easy check in and friendly staff. Room was immaculate-loved the suite style with kitchenette. Pull out couch was decently comfortable. Some noise, especially in the lobby, but that's to be expected with the kid's hockey teams that were staying. ”

“Room was dirty, dirty bandaide next to jacuzzi tub, shower had fried scum on the wall and i was stuck on the side of the rd in a blizzard dang near all night told them i wasnt going to be able to make it back for my second night . Paid for 2 nights $350 dollars to get a dirty rm and be stuck on the side of the rd and no one offered to help in any way no refund no nothing. Ive stayed here multiple times and this one was by far the worst. I will no longer be going back. ”

“Convenient location at great price ”

“Guests are unable to control the temperature of the heat in their room. I was able to turn off the fan blowing the warm air. It was 74, too warm for my wife and I to sleep in. Also, the beds have a sheet, a thick duvet and bedspread. Duvet made sleeping even hotter, so we chose just to use the sheet. Bathroom has only a passive ceiling vent, no fan. I understand this was common in older buildings, but an upgrade would be nice. It took a half hour for condensation to clear from the mirror after a……

“The room was clean when we arrived. The king size bed was very hard and the four pillows on the bed were not very comfortable, I wish we would have brought our own. My husband enjoyed the breakfast so that was a plus. I would say the major negative for me was after checking in I received a text from the hotel stating they only service the room every three days so if we need anything I could contact them and they would take care of it which I was completely fine with. “Everything is great. They are our favorite in TC. However, I think the rooms arw due for a makeover. They seem to be getting a little shoddy. It to be expected in a high turnover area like TC. But the bathrooms are starting to look a little rough.”
