I went in search of meadows with purple flowers among the orange poppies and was rewarded with this ~ a ring of yellow mustards. And a contrasting sky with rain clouds to the south.

Due to the recent winter rains in Southern California, hillsides are bursting with colors of wildflowers. These hills especially are covered with mostly the poppies-California Flower. Soon the hills will turn brown unless we get more rains. Visitors are flocking to these hills by the thousands these past few weeks to witness this amazing phenomenon!

"While traveling through Temecula my friends and I thought a day at the spa would be a good idea. We just stayed one night and all was really good. Our host let us check in early as the cleaners were done. That helped us out immensely. The kitchen is not too well stocked, but we didn’t need it so we ordered Uber eats and enjoyed a fun time in the nice living room. Everyone had a great bed. We left early and enjoyed Glen Ivy all day."

"Stay was ok, host was very good at responding and communicating was fast and friendly. The house was not clean we had to wash the sheets they were dirty, clean and mop floors ect…And found dirty undergarments. There was absolutely no water pressure in the shower. We just felt as we spent way too much on something we had to clean, and not shower great or really at all…on vacation. when I left I cleaned so hopefully the next guest gets a cleaner check in. "

"We had a wonderful stay that was perfect for our family! Loved the location that was close to the lake and to stores and freeway entrances. Check in was a breeze. "I had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel was spotless, and the breakfast was amazing. I definitely plan to return. My only minor issue was that housekeeping inquired about our checkout progress with 40 minutes left. We were already packing and preparing to leave, but it did make us feel a little rushed at the end."
