The property is conveniently located in central IB. And while other rooms looked like they would be comfortable our room was located across from where the garbage is dumped and the washer and dryer. I messaged the property manager right away and sent photos of the overflowing garbage. I asked to be moved to another room. They said that was not possible. They did say they would give me a 10% refund on my stay. They never honored this. This level of garbage certainly attracts rats. Who wants this right outside their door? I gave them feedback that this particular room should not be rented out as a guest room because of the garbage and noise from the washer and dryer running.

Convenient location and felt very safe in the area. The staff were very kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are kind of small but clean. The balcony is really nice overlooking the cute town and ocean. Staff was nice. My room was right outside the kitchen so it was noisy and there were food crumbs in the hallway.
