Beautiful Country cabin
We enjoyed our stay at this home. Unfortunately our trip was cut short so we didn’t get to spend a lot of time here. We will definitely make a trip back soon.

Cabin in the country
The property was very clean, attractive, and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay. While it was not quite as private as we hoped, it was not an issue. It only took 10 or so minutes to get into town, but still had the feel of a country setting, complete with goats and cows (in the distance!) The only negative I can say is that there is not adequate seating for more than one person.

Pleasant and quiet stay
We stayed 2 nights, the farmhouse is tastefully furnished and decorated with all the supplies and amenities we needed. We enjoyed the porch with rocking chairs, did not use the firepit. Attempted some grilling but it was too windy that evening. Chose this location mainly due to proximity to Colorado Bend SP (about to 45 min to park headquarters at the end). Overall very nice stay while surrounded by nature, good communication with the host as well. We recommend this place!

Great Stay- use address for directions
The property was great! Even nicer than the pictures and it comes with everything you would need for a getaway. The wineries and town are close which is nice. The only problem was the directions to get there. Do not use the VRBO map location or click the link. Use the address provided. The check-in instructions told us not to use the address and we ended up in town over by the Walmart which was way off. When we used the address in Apple Maps it took us right to the property.

Lovely little cabin
The cabin was absolutely lovely. It was very welcoming, and comfortable. We loved the peace and quiet, as well as the visits from the sheep. The proximity to town was great for meals out. We highly recommend Giovanni’s. Overall, we had everything that we could possibly need right there at the cabin.

Everything we expected
We did have a little problem with gps location. The property manager graciously drive to the driveway and waited for us. The property was very clean. I felt safe and welcome. We were fine most of the day, but ate breakfast and dinner at the house. Everything we needed was there. We are coffee drinkers and they supplied coffee and water for us. I will definitely share my experience with others. Thank you so much for our first time to use Vrbo. We were not disappointed

In the country, close to town
We really enjoyed the Cozy Farmhouse Cabin and plan to stay again as we are frequent visitors to the area. Everything was super clean and perfectly equipped for two people. In a very quiet country location … enjoyed seeing sheep, cattle, deer and squirrels. All this and only an easy 10 minute drive into Lampasas. The host was very quick to respond to our questions. I’d definitely recommend this cabin. Thanks again for the wonderful weekend.

Great Place
We really enjoyed our stay. The tiny house was just as described. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. I would stay there again. The only problem we had was the weather caused an issue with the WiFi router. Host came immediately and replaced the router.

A quiet, peaceful country spot just outside of Lampasas. Great place to return to after hitting the local wineries, eating the fantastic german food in town, and hiking. Very attentive property manager.

Little bit of heaven
We drove up to the most charming cottage and were greeted by the owners black belly sheep. Spent lots of time relaxing in the rocking chairs on the front porch while we listened to and watched the birds. A humming bird especially loved my daughter. We visited my daughters best friend who lives just a few minutes away, it was so convenient for everything we needed to do. Thanks so much for letting us rent and enjoy your lovely space ❤️

It was a quiet, clean, and quirkily Texan furnished little cabin. It was perfect for my stay there, and with excellent internet stability for where it is located! The owners were prompt with responses, and made sure I had everything needed to get onsite without issues. The AC worked very well, along with the shower, fridge, and other utilities. I'm definitely marking this down as a "preferred booking" anytime I am visiting the area. Thanks again for the awesome stay!

I felt like I was in the land of enchantment! This cabin is truly perfect. It is in a lovely, quiet setting. No hassles, property owners so easy to work with! The soap in the kitchen was so fab, I just ordered 4 bottles!

Quiet stay for a peaceful vacation.
We had such a great time at this stay. It was quiet, peaceful, and private (but not secluded). The house was clean and cozy, and we enjoyed the outdoor firepit. The property is about a half hour away from Colorado Bend State Park and 10 minutes away from restaurants and groceries in Lampasas. We would definitely recommend this stay!

Great little cabin, small hot water tank
Great little place out in the country. Dark enough for quiet and good star gazing but near enough to Colorado Bend State Park, Lampasas & San Saba for ease of access to hiking, restaurants, city parks, main street strolling & shopping, etc. Nicely appointed kitchen, decent bed & bedroom amenities, and nice bathroom. Very clean & hosts provided a little guidebook to the area. Heat worked well, and hot chocolate station was a nice surprise - even though we weren't expecting to need to use those in Texas, both were greatly appreciated! Only little quibble is the small size but long-ish reheating time of the hot water tank, which we didn't realize until after it ran out following the first shower on the first morning. Not an issue once we knew to either be speedy or account for more time in our schedule. Host was very kind and responsive to our requests, esp. in helping us get there safely when our mapping app sent us to the wrong place. Don't use the GPS coordinates linked on VRBO after booking - use the street address and contact the hosts directly if showing just a field rather than a gated driveway.
