This place was a little off the beat and path, but I couldn't have been happier with it! The room was so clean, and smelled good! I was extremely impressed. We got a room on the "outside" with an outside door.. it was so easy for my service dog, Millie, and I to walk along the path behind the hotel and give her a break. The Diner next door was especially charming, and I would highly recommend this place.

Everything went great when I checked in , but it went downhill from there. I was told all the rooms had blow dryers , but my room did not have one. There was some clinking noise all night long. I couldn't block it out with the air conditioner fan. Because it doesn't have a fan, just hot or cold air. I usually like to turn the fan on but not get cold. The breakfast was minimal. There was no one to talk to at the front desk in the morning. Just a basket to drop your key in.

There were many hotels to choose from in Cheyenne, we'd never stayed at this hotel chain and thought to give it a try. It was similarly priced to Super 8. The staff when we arrived on August 6 was not friendly. We did like the night person who we met in the morning. Place feels like serious GOOD maintenance is needed but overall, it works.

Room not ready. Waited 30 min and given a key to a room with people in it! Wait another 30 minutes for her to walk around and find a room that had been cleaned. Sketchy people everywhere. Don’t stay here.

We love the property. The cabin was so cute. It was my fault that I did not read correctly that there were no towels or sheets. Cannot hold it against this place. It stated right there on the website. I just did not do my due diligence, but I would’ve stayed there anyway absolutely loved it.
