"Staff were really nice , expect one little weird interaction when we came early before check in and asked if we could leave our bags with our friends , that were the night before us we were told we wasn’t allowed up to their room, even tho having booked in our own room, but nevertheless breakfast was very good , a nice variety of food, room was clean, had everything you needed for a quick getaway. Tram station super close"

Rooms quiet, sound proof and blackout curtains, comfortable and great nights sleep, great spa especially the sauna (need to be naked, can have a towel) little Dutch sweets you can help yourself to at reception. Safe location about 6-10min walk to metro/tram. Highly recommend thank you "

The staff were all friendly and helpful, but I especially want to mention Monica from the swimming section — she was absolutely amazing! 🌟 She went out of her way to assist us, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
