The location was questionable. The outer appearance was equally questionable. The unit itself appeared clean except the floor definitely hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I wore socks the entire time and they were quite dirty after walking around. The pull out bed was the worst experience ever. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. It was so thin and flat that you could feel every spring. The pillows for the pull out bed were no better. The property manager, however, was very responsive when I reached out for pillow cases for the pull out bed. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. Communication and customer service was great, but the property itself was not at all what I was expecting.
