Very friendly staff. Room was clean but not well lit. No main light when you enter so if you check in after dark you’re feeling around in the room for a light. Thankfully the bathroom was right there and I turned that light on for me and my kids to see inside. Ice machine was available but inconvenient. I was on the 3rd floor so I had to go to the 1st floor and into the laundry room. The walls and floors are thin, but thankfully no one complained about my kids. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but with kids I would probably go elsewhere if I need to stay several days at a time again. Overall it’s a nice place for just adults. For a family on vacation I wouldn’t recommend.

When we arrived the room door was propped open I had to call downstairs to see if that was normal. I was told that the maid must've left it open accidentally. I then called back down because the shower walls were dirty with black dirty foot or hand prints. They just sent someone to clean it. I don't usually complain but my pet peeve is cleanliness. They ran out of cream for coffee and I think we only had 1 front desk clerk that seemed unfriendly and that was Saturday late morning. Other than that it's in a very convenient area.

Building is non smoking, but I room sure smelled of smoke! Bathroom was musty, dirty, and out dated. We would have stayed somewhere else if everything wasn't booked. The front desk people were very friendly.

The room was neat, clean and comfortable for the discounted price. I missed not having in-room coffee service, but the fact the TV wouldn’t play (battery in the remote??) was a real pain, and a maintenance issue. Plus, there was no one at the desk to ask about it — manager was outside smoking. 😕
