Fantastic in every way
Our family has stayed here many times, and it is always our first choice! The property is perfectly located on the north end of LBK, which has more of the classic old Florida vibe and walkable restaurants. It is very close to the beach with wonderful views of the lagoon. It is always clean and comfy, and the hosts go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect :)

Anniversary
We absolutely love it here! My wife and I have been here three years in a row for our anniversary. As soon as we get here it is peacefully and relaxing. This place has all the amenities that you need for an enjoyable stay and it's just a short walk to the beach. In the evenings we sit on the back porch over looking the water and have dinner or get dressed and go out to the finest restaurants. We never want to leave and can't wait to get back the second we do.

Great spot for beach walkers
We like to walk beaches and look for shells, there are amazing beaches just a very short walk from this property. The view from the living room and patio is beautiful. In summary, we booked it again for a stay next winter. Looking forward to coming back.

A wonderful place!
Although not fancy, it is what the doctor ordered for sun starved people. The short easy walk to the beach and the walks around Beercan Island were wonderful. We are very grateful to have stayed here.

LBK Paradise

We had a great time! Love that we was able to use the paddle boards, my husband and I went out on them for the whole day. Close to the beautiful beach and walking distance to the Seafood festival that was in town. We will definitely be back!

Longboat Pass Condo
The condo is small but well equipped. The view from the back sliding door of the bay is just beautiful..and it is a 5 minute walk to the gulf. North Longboat is very quiet and a great place to walk and bike ride. Great restaurants within walking distance.

This is our second stay here and has been absolutely perfect! The location is excellent, the views are beautiful and just a short walk to the crystal clear beach! The attention to detail with this property is superb! All you have to do is show up and enjoy your vacation! Lovely view, quiet, good value.
This is a modest older property, but had everything the two of us needed. It was an abnormally warm week for March and Red Tide kept us off the beach until our last two days. (Nobody could go near the beach without coughing). I loved spending time on the shady patio enjoying the breeze and the view. Close to Coquina Beach (we walked the beach pathway every day even if we coughed) as well as 3 good restaurants. Wifi worked well. The flat screen tv is small due to restricted cabinet size with basic channels. Bedroom tv had sleep timer, which I always appreciate.

Perfect getaway!

Quite and peaceful
The picture of the dock is misleading as you can't get a boat to it so if your taking a boat not a good location But I would definitely go again for just a quiet get away beach is walking distance from the room upscale neighborhood very little traffic If your there to watch TV you may have issues but I hope you didn't come for that. I enjoyed my stay except for having to get my boat in and out every day

AWESOME STAY, Loved the condo and did not want to come home.
the only thing I would change about my stay is: I was not comfortable sleeping with just a storm door for safety. If there was a more of an interior door to lock it would have been better. I would love to stay here again in the future.
