Welcome to our 2100 sq. 4 bedroom 2 bath home with a fenced backyard located in a beautiful quiet gated community in the Springhill area in North Longview TX. While driving to our home you will feel as you are in the country with occasional deer and other wild life sightings. The home would be perfect for visiting family and or friends in the area or just a fun family getaway.

We are located away from neighborhoods, but only 15 minutes from charming downtown Longview with great restaurants and boutique shops. There are plenty of upcoming Spring events in the area such as Tyler Azelea and Spring Flower Trail, Avalon Faire in April as well as the Great Texas Balloon Race June 17-19th 2022! We have been surprised to see them flying over our house and one even touched down in our neighborhood! Later in the fall and winter Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year’s holiday and so many small town activities we are only a 30 minute drive to Henderson, Marshall, Kilgore and one hour to Shreveport or 1st Monday in Canton. “Carmela’s Magical Santa Land” is a free drive thru holiday experience and only 10 minutes from our home! Graduations from high schools and local colleges make this a perfect stop. There are also many wedding venues in the area that would make this home a wonderful place to gather before and/or after the event.

The open floor plan has elevated ceilings throughout, with tile floor in the entry, large living area, kitchen/dining and master bedroom. The living area has two leather reclining sofas and chair and includes a gas fireplace, ceiling fan and 57” smart TV and seating 6-8 adults.

The open kitchen and island includes gas stovetop, electric oven, and side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, granite countertops and breakfast bar with 4 bar chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with new cook ware and bake ware as well as Fiesta dinnerware for eight. Items include a Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, mixer, toaster, electric wine opener and ice cream maker. (We have included paper and plastic ware for easy no wash meals)
The laundry room has a washer and dryer along with iron and board.
Our home has 4 bedrooms with ceiling fans, one bedroom, has been converted into a carpeted small living area with 57” smart TV and DVR with a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king size bed with full bath with separated shower and oversized tub. Hot water is endless due to the tank less water heater. The third carpeted bedroom, has double bed with 22” television. The bunk room, has a double and one single bed is carpeted, with a 32” TV with a DVR and closet with games and toys. Second bath is located between bedroom 3 and 4 and has a tub/shower combo. Hair dryers are included in both baths.
The fenced backyard has a small patio with a gas grill and seating for 2, great for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. (2 additional chairs are located in front entry) There is a beautiful 10+ foot rock wall that allows for privacy while still being able to enjoy the beautiful trees above.
