“La struttura ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Il frigorifero era vecchio e in alcuni punti presentava della ruggine all'interno e all'estero. Il climatizzatore presentava polvere pluriennale all'interno. I locali erano puliti ed il personale cortese.”

“Niceapartment. Big and clean. Large terrace with great views over the village towards the sea. Apartment was easy to find and very central in Riomaggiore. Self check-in was easy and comms/instructions from staff were good. Overall was a good place to stay but expected a lot more given the price (e.g. coffee and water were not complimentary which was surprising given how expensive the room was per night. Pictures show plants/greenery around bathtub but this was just an empty trough of soil……

“我們已經係第二次入住這裡，房間大係首選，而且十分整潔，wifi良好，我們很滿意。不過價錢略貴，包簡單早餐(一個麵包和咖啡和橙汁)，入住時有接待，之後要小心保管好房咭和大門鎖匙，這裡不是酒店係民宿，不然就要等1小時找民宿主人回來開門啦！ 這裡只係6間房，比較安靜，走廊外有免費咖啡和意大利檸檬和冰，隨時可以自制飲品非常好 ! 去五漁村玩住這裡係十分方便，去火車站只需5-7分鐘，如果再來玩會考慮再入住 ! ”
