Definitely not a 4 star resort. First we were charged an amenity fee which they explained covered having a washer and dryer in the condo, a pool, and first come first served parking. Gave 3 stars because the manager did round up other amenities listed in the listing (blender, dish drain, bowls, glasses, etc) and because of the inconvenience she refunded half the amenities fee. The condo itself was old and in need of upgrades. Sofa was old and worn with cushion zippers broken in the open position. The chairs in the dining area were old and flimsy feeling. Felt as if the legs were ready to break. We were told we didn’t need to wash the towels but the staff, with exception of the manager, acted as though we were inconveniencing them when we asked to exchange dirty for clean. I would recommend paying a little more for better facilities.

Great location. beach is on the property! A bit of a walk to exchange beach towels. appreciated the used of the athletic club across the street. very nice to have 2 chairs, umbrella, cooler, and snorkel gear all in closet to use. Thanks! It is a bit of an older unit. probably needs a deep clean at some point, especially in the bathroom (behind door and window area). loved the large lanai. Code door lock was great. a little smaller than anticipated. only able to fit 1 person in kitchen at a time. bedroom "door" wasn't quite a door, but did offer more privacy than a studio. TV was super confusing to use-even with the posted 2 page instruction sheets. overall we had a great stay.

This place was perfect for our family. There is a huge pool and hot tubs and it's right on the ocean. It's right across the street from Safeway and also next to an ice cream shop! Super convenient location and it's so nice to have a full kitchen in the room. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were super clean. We will definitely stay here again.
