“Upon arrival we were immediately hit with a bunch of flies and a ridiculous amount of fruit flies inside the unit. We spent a ton of time trying to kill/ get rid of them, but the more we got rid of the more appeared. Flying in our faces, in our food, just everywhere. It was extremely annoying to say the least. The bedding smelled like sweat and the couches were dirty. I highly suggest a good steam clean a d couch covers. The closets also smelled of body odor and sweat. The freezer reeked of……

Sitting out on the deck with a morning coffee or evening drink while watching the boats go by was truly relaxing.One of the biggest perks was the **private boat slip**, which made bringing and docking our boat incredibly convenient. Being right on the water gave us easy access to explore the river and enjoy water activities……
