“Just a few suggestions. Much needed maintenance , would definitely be more attractive to rent if outside was pressure washed. Inside was ok except some dead bugs behind curtains. Just needs a good cleaning. Upstairs washer has a terrible smell in it. And living room very hot maybe a mini split in that room would be nice.We loved pool and home is very close to ocean Beach is very beautiful and private.”

“My family and I had a ton of fun. When I needed to ask the host a question, i received a response very quickly. They had plenty of dishes and silverware. The kids loved the pool and pool table. Each room had a TV. The hot tub was a hit with the adults. Not too far from the beach so we walked. Will definitely chose to stay here again if the opportunity arises.”

“The house was clean and as described. A little loud being just off the main road, but otherwise was very good. Easy walk to the large community pool and not far from the beach. We enjoyed it!”

“This house accommodated our extended family quite well. We were a bit crowded in the upstairs gathering space. The main windows for viewing the ocean were obscured due to the seals being compromised. That was disappointing. There were small issues like insufficient flatware for the capacity of the house; the kitchen was otherwise nicely appointed. Those of us who used the hot tub found it not heating very well... barely hot. We enjoyed the theatre quite a lot. We enjoyed our stay and the……

“We have been coming to the Outer Banks for 15+ years and this property and customer service was fantastic. This is the only house I can say was clean OUTSIDE as well so you could use the amenities. (Outside bar area, shower, toilet, etc.). I highly recommend any of the properties managed by Salt Coast!!!!!”
