“Lovely spacious apartment with a huge balcony and great views but is in desperate need of deep cleaning and updating. When the place was new would have been beautiful but the apartment has suffered from neglect. All the furniture is worn, faded and some damaged. The place needs a deep clean. Very much just quick superficial cleans for many years and very obvious the lack of attention around the apartment. ”

“Great location with several local places to eat and drink. There is a bus stop within a block or so, so if you use public transportation, it's super convenient, too. The accommodations were perfect for my stay. Paul was great to deal with and responded promptly when I had questions. ”

“Interior is great, clean, and well kept, beds are very comfortable, and it was pretty easy to have 6 guests in there as long as you have people comfortable sharing queen beds. Host was very responsive and didn't have a laundry list of check in/check out things for us to do. Its a great place to stay with friends for a trip to New Orleans. Only things to be wary of: right on the cusp of an unsafe area of New Orleans, so be careful being out after dark. Also, downstairs neighbors were not……
